SAP ISU Architect – Hands-on
Mission Context
We are seeking a hands-on SAP ISU Architect with deep experience in SAP IS-U and utility meter-to-cash processes. This role combines solution architecture with hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and implementation.
Missions
- Lead architecture and solution design for SAP IS-U
- Remain hands-on with SAP configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and defect resolution
- Support end-to-end meter-to-cash/customer-to-cash processes
- Work across Customer Service, Master Data, Device Management, Billing, Invoicing, and FI-CA
- Translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions and detailed designs
- Design and troubleshoot integrations with MDM, AMI, CRM, payments, finance, and other utility systems
- Partner with ABAP, integration, functional, and business teams to implement solutions
- Provide technical/functional guidance while remaining actively involved in delivery
Required Profile
- 10+ years of SAP experience with significant SAP IS-U experience
- Strong utility industry and meter-to-cash knowledge
- Deep hands-on experience in SAP IS-U, particularly Billing, Invoicing, FI-CA, Device Management, or Master Data
- Proven SAP configuration and troubleshooting experience
- Experience designing SAP integrations and resolving complex CIS/IS-U issues
- Ability to operate at both the architecture level and hands-on system level
