<div><p><b>CentiMark Ltd.</b> is actively hiring an experienced <b>Roofing Foreman</b> in <b>Burnaby, BC!</b></p>
<p><b>This role is paying $33/hr – $43/hr based on experience!</b></p>
<h3>Job Summary:</h3>
<p>Will lead and train a crew of 5 to 8 people with field applications. Work with the Field Supervisor to communicate with customers and management. Responsible for paperwork, time sheets and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are being followed.</p>

<h3>Candidate Requirements</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing</li>
<li>Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety</li>
<li>Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs</li>
<li>A valid state driver’s license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation</li>
<li>Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet</li>
<li>Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime – as needed</li>
