Yet, for us, this is just the opening act of our transformative journey!</p><p><b>Reports to:</b> Buisness Development Manager<br/><b>Job Status:</b> Ongoing Full-Time<br/><b>Location:</b> Ontario – Hybrid / Travel Required<br/><b>Compensation:</b> $55,000 – $60,000 annually<br/><b>Start Date:</b> As soon as possible</p><h3><b>Your Day-to-Day</b></h3><p><b>Project Coordination:</b></p><ul><li>Coordinate and support renovation, improvement, and capital projects across retirement communities throughout Ontario.</li><li>Act as the on-site company representative during assigned projects.</li><li>Monitor project timelines, quality, budgets, and contractor performance.</li><li>Conduct site visits and inspections and follow up on deficiencies.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, Maintenance Managers, and community leadership.</li><li>Prepare project updates, maintain documentation, and track project costs.</li></ul><p><b>Facilities & Contractor Management:</b></p><ul><li>Coordinate contractors and vendors and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.</li><li>Support building and facility projects involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems.</li><li>Assist with obtaining quotes, reviewing scopes of work, and coordinating procurement.</li><li>Help minimize disruptions to residents and daily community operations during renovations.</li></ul><p><b>Travel & On-Site Support:</b></p><ul><li>Travel regularly throughout Ontario to support projects at different communities.</li><li>Work on-site at project locations as required, including temporary assignments for larger renovations.</li><li>Work remotely when project requirements allow.</li></ul><h3><b>What You Bring to the Table:</b></h3><ul><li>Experience coordinating construction, renovation, facilities, or improvement projects.</li><li>Experience working with contractors and vendors.</li><li>Basic knowledge of building systems and construction processes.</li><li>Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.</li><li><b>Valid Ontario drivers licence and reliable vehicle.</b></li><li>Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Ontario.</li></ul><h3><b>Nice to Have:</b></h3><ul><li>Experience in retirement living, healthcare, hospitality, or commercial facilities.</li><li>Experience coordinating projects in occupied buildings.</li><li>Education in Construction, Facilities, Project Management, or a related field</li></ul><p><b>We are proudly Canadian — rooted in our diverse communities, guided by our values, and committed to growing together from coast to coast.</b></p></div>
