<p>We are hiring 3 professional and results-driven <b>Outbound Call Agents to support a leading financial-services organization</b>. In this role, you will engage with existing and prospective bank customers, identify their needs, promote suitable banking solutions, and provide timely follow-up support.</p>
<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Make high-volume outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.</li>
<li>Promote banking products and services, including credit cards, loans, insurance, and deposit products.</li>
<li>Follow up on account inquiries, applications, and service requests.</li>
<li>Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.</li>
<li>Clearly explain product features, benefits, fees, and eligibility requirements.</li>
<li>Verify customer information while maintaining strict confidentiality.</li>
<li>Accurately document all customer interactions in CRM and banking systems.</li>
<li>Meet daily call-volume, quality, customer-service, and performance targets.</li>
<li>Escalate complex inquiries or customer concerns to the appropriate department.</li>
<li>Follow banking policies, privacy regulations, anti-fraud procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Required Qualifications</h3>
<ul>
<li>Working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.</li>
<li>Post-secondary education- High School a must.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls and discussing financial products.</li>
<li>Customer service, call-centre, sales, or financial-services experience is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and remain productive in a remote environment.</li>
<li>Results-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working toward performance targets.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, or weekends when required.</li>
</ul>
