<h3>What You’ll Do:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and serve meals according to standardized recipes and menus</li>
<li>Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet Sunrise standards</li>
<li>Follow dietary modifications and special meal requirements</li>
<li>Record production quantities and food safety temperatures</li>
<li>Stock, rotate, date, and store food per safety regulations</li>
<li>Maintain clean kitchen, storage, and equipment areas</li>
<li>Complete cleaning logs and equipment maintenance reports</li>
<li>Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines
</li><li>Support dishwashing and dining service as needed</li>
<li>Lead food production in the absence of the Dining Services Coordinator</li>

<h3>Pay Range:</h3>
<p>19.45 – 24.35</p>
