Haven for All is a Housing First initiative to build a 100-home permanent supportive housing campus in the CBRM — real homes, real supports, for people experiencing chronic homelessness. Not a shelter. Not temporary. A place to actually land. The campus is guided by Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, and Harm Reduction principles, and designed as a permanent, dignified neighbourhood.
