Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Account Manager to support our lighting agent representatives and drive client success. This role is integral in fostering strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for business growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for LED lighting technology and a proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

·        Serve as the primary point of contact for lighting agent representatives and key stakeholders.

·        Coordinate and oversee project timelines, ensuring adherence to deliverables and mitigating potential risks.

·        Act as a liaison between project sales teams and clients, facilitating clear communication and issue resolution.

·        Provide technical support and guidance, assisting clients with installation and integration of Omnify solutions.

·        Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Production teams to advocate for customer needs and drive issue resolution.

·        Monitor customer engagement and proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

·        Gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements and prioritize feature requests.

·        Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities within the CRM system.

·        Stay informed on industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide strategic insights.

·        Represent the company professionally, enhancing its reputation in the marketplace.

Qualifications:

·        Minimum 2+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or project coordination.

·        Knowledge of the LED lighting industry and market trends is highly desirable.

·        Proven success in a corporate environment, working with all levels of management.

·        Strong understanding of customer service best practices and client success strategies.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams to ensure successful client outcomes.

·        Proficiency in ERP, CRM software, and ticketing systems.

·        Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions.

·        Background in Electronics/Electrical Engineering is a plus.
