Are you highly organized, personable, and eager to learn a new industry? Playbook Logistics is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Account Manager to join our team in Surrey, BC.
No logistics experience? No problem. We provide full training.
A background in customer service or account coordination is a strong asset.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and manage client relationships with professionalism and care
- Track shipments and provide proactive communication to clients
- Collaborate with our operations and sales teams to ensure service excellence
- Learn the ins and outs of logistics — and grow with us as we scale
Who You Are:
- Detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-up skills
- Clear, professional communicator (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Customer-focused with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Must be based in the Greater Vancouver area and available to work full-time in-office
