As an Account Service Representative, you’ll be a vital part of a client-focused team, led by a Senior Advisor and working in close partnership with a Manager, Client Accounts to deliver high-impact service. You’ll play a hands-on role in implementing life insurance solutions that support Canada’s most successful business owners—helping them protect what matters most.

What you will do

  • Partner with the client-focused team to implement and manage life insurance policies that deliver lasting value for the client.
  • Drive client files forward by coordinating with internal teams and tracking implementation schedules.
  • Draft documents, complete forms, and maintain CRM database to ensure legal compliance.
  • Contribute to solution modeling and strategic discussions.
  • Plan and prepare policy renewals with precision.
  • Take initiative on other tasks that support client success and team performance.

What You Bring

  • A certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in accounting, financial services, or administrative support.
  • Life Licensing Qualification Program (LLQP) completion is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Client-first mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative spirit.
  • A critical thinking approach to solving problems proactively and creatively.
