Hays Specialist Recruitment is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join a Property Management company in Downtown Vancouver. This is a 2 month contract, stating on the 5th January. This is fully in office, Monday-Friday
Your Responsibilities:
• Monitor general email inbox and determine appropriate action
• Respond to incoming calls (emails) from tenants for repairs and maintenance issues
• Prepare deposit slips for receivables throughout the month
• Review tenant insurance policies
• Review utilities’ invoices and determine accuracy
• Read tenant leases and contracts
• File and scan invoices
• File paid invoices and cheque stubs
What you need to succeed:
• 2+ years experience working as an Administrator in a Corporate environment
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent organization skills and attention to details
• Excellent interpersonal skills
