$21/hour | Monday to Friday | 100% Onsite | Temporary Contract

This is a temporary contract opportunity with full-time hours and onsite training provided—ideal for someone looking to build experience in administrative support and data entry within a dynamic health services environment.

Position Details:

  • Type: Temporary contract
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (subject to change based on operational needs)
  • Pay: $21/hour
  • Location: 100% Onsite – Osoyoos, BC

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Provide general administrative support to the health services centre (LHSC)
  • Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with documentation, filing, and other clerical duties as assigned
  • Ensure timely and organized processing of patient information
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for staff and clients

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Comfortable with data entry and general clerical tasks
  • Prior experience in a medical or health services setting is an asset—but not required (training will be provided)
  • Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and team-first mindset
