This is a temporary contract opportunity with full-time hours and onsite training provided—ideal for someone looking to build experience in administrative support and data entry within a dynamic health services environment.
Position Details:
- Type: Temporary contract
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM (subject to change based on operational needs)
- Pay: $21/hour
- Location: 100% Onsite – Osoyoos, BC
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide general administrative support to the health services centre (LHSC)
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with documentation, filing, and other clerical duties as assigned
- Ensure timely and organized processing of patient information
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for staff and clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Comfortable with data entry and general clerical tasks
- Prior experience in a medical or health services setting is an asset—but not required (training will be provided)
- Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude and team-first mindset
