What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Administrative Lead, you’ll be at the center of the patient experience, ensuring the office runs smoothly and patients feel supported at every step. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Guiding patients through scheduling and appointment processes, ensuring they feel informed and comfortable.
- Coordinating appointments and follow-ups to keep the office running efficiently.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with patients, families, and the clinical team.
- Collaborating with clinical staff to ensure seamless, high-quality care for every patient.
- Managing communication between patients and providers, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.
- Leading by example to foster a positive, organized, and professional office environment.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental administrative or treatment coordination role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for patient care.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proactive and solution-focused, capable of working independently and handling challenges with ease.
- Experience with dental software (Tracker and RecallMax preferred).
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional patient experiences and supporting the growth of the practice.
- A long-term mindset, eager to grow with the organization and take on new opportunities as they arise.
Compensation Expectations: $60,000 – $70,000.
