Position Overview:

The Air Team Travel Coordinator is responsible for the accurate, efficient, and timely handling of air travel bookings and ticketing processes. This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the travel team, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and internal compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sabre, TRAMS, and BSP reporting, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Red Deer, AB, for an Air Team Travel Coordinator. The Air Team Travel Coordinator will handle day-to-day responsibilities like managing travel arrangements, coordinating travel schedules, and ensuring seamless logistics for clients. The role demands excellent organizational skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service. The position focuses on travel management tasks that align with the company’s mission to deliver exceptional engagement experiences.

Qualifications

hands-on experience with Sabre, TRAMS, and BSP reporting

  • Strong skills in Travel Coordination and Travel Arrangements
  • Proficiency in Travel Management, including scheduling and logistics
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Previous experience in the travel or events industry is beneficial
  • Proficiency in relevant travel management software and tools is a plus
