The incumbent will contribute by supporting the day-to-day processes of the transport system management and other transport system-related processes within the Transport Services team, work closely with various teams to produce process flows, support training initiatives, analyze current transportation processes and recommend improvements, implement best practices, and act as a super-user of TMS, DispatchTrack, and other systems to support the operational teams.
