<p><b>About Us</b></p><p>Runners International is a fast-growing women’s clothing fashion brand specializing in stylish, high-quality apparel. We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile <b>Technical Designer</b> who can take on multiple responsibilities, from quality control to spec sheets and sketches.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Create and update technical packs, spec sheets, and detailed garment sketches</li><li>Conduct garment fittings and ensure proper construction, measurements, and grading</li><li>Oversee quality control (QC) for production samples and bulk garments</li><li>Identify and resolve fit, pattern, and workmanship issues with factories and vendors</li><li>Collaborate with design and production teams to maintain brand standards</li><li>Ensure garments meet AQL/customer standards and deadlines</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>3+ years experience as a Technical Designer, Fit Technician, or similar apparel role</li><li>Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and finishing</li><li>Experience with QC inspections and garment measurement specs</li><li>Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Excel, and garment tech packs</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li><li>Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks</li></ul><p><b>Preferred:</b></p><ul><li>Fashion/textile degree or diploma</li><li>Experience in women’s fashion</li></ul><p><b>Why Join Us?</b></p><ul><li>Be part of a growing Canadian fashion brand</li><li>Collaborative, creative team environment</li><li>Opportunities to learn and grow across multiple functions</li></ul>
