We are currently supporting several architecture and multidisciplinary firms in the recruitment of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to lead complex projects across multiple sectors. Current opportunities are focused on hospitality, institutional, transportation, and healthcare work.

These roles require an experienced project leader who is comfortable taking full ownership of project delivery, team coordination, and client relationships.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, and deliverables across all project stages. This position serves as the primary point of contact for the client and provides day-to-day leadership to the internal team and consultant group, with a strong emphasis on the quality and coordination of construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate, develop, and manage project scope, deliverables, work plans, schedules, and budgets across all project stages
  • Develop detailed work plans across architectural and engineering disciplines, allocate hours, monitor progress, and adjust resourcing as required
  • Lead integrated teams through QA/QC for all deliverables, with particular focus on construction drawings and specifications
  • Manage scope changes and negotiate solutions that satisfy client expectations while meeting contractual obligations
  • Coordinate with contractors, sub-consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction to address constructability issues and owner concerns
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the client, contractor, and internal team, maintaining strong and trusted client relationships

Qualifications and Experience

  • Demonstrated experience managing complex architectural projects through multiple phases, including construction
  • Sector experience in one or more of the following: hospitality, institutional, transportation, or healthcare
  • Strong capability in project planning, fee and budget management, and schedule control
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with external consultants
  • High standards for construction documentation quality, coordination, and technical accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and manage stakeholder expectations
