Role Description:
– Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed architectural drawings and plans
– Utilize software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Sketchup, MicroStation, Adobe, Lumion to produce accurate and high-quality designs
– Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
– Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure compliance with design plans
– Collaborate with project teams to resolve any design issues or challenges that may arise
– Maintain organized project files and documentation
– Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the design process
– Coordinating with architectural, mechanical and structural Revit models and or cad documents
– Model existing buildings in Revit, including both architectural and structural elements
Qualifications:
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other office software
– Experience with architectural software such as Revit, AutcoCAD, Civil 3D, Sketchup, MicroStation, and Adobe
– Knowledge of commercial construction practices and building codes
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
