A company that has made its mark and established its reputation.<br/><br/>A welcoming work environment that encourages authenticity in everyone.<br/><br/>Four (4) weeks of vacation after one year of service.<br/><br/>Group insurance (medical, dental, and vision) after 30 days on the job.<br/><br/>Sick leave and flexible leave (6 days).<br/><br/>Pension plan (3% employer contribution).<br/><br/>Discounts on products.<br/><br/>Some of your main responsibilities:<br/><br/>Develop and implement sales strategies.<br/><br/>Manage and coach the sales teams (stores and Field Sales representatives) enabling them to reach sales targets.<br/><br/>identifying new business opportunities.<br/><br/>Analyze market trends and build relationships with customers and manufacturers.<br/><br/>10+ years of experience in the hairdressing or beauty industry in the province of Quebec (ideally B2B).<br/><br/>Leadership and experience in multi-site management (23 stores), sales team management (40 representatives), and marketing services.<br/><br/>Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with industry manufacturers and to execute a field action plan.<br/><br/>Bilingualism.<br/><br/>Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and MS Office.<br/><br/>Experience with Microsoft D 365 software is an asset.<br/><br/>Proficiency with sales, profitability and customer loyalty indicators.<br/><br/>
