And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities.For our business, for clients, and for youResponsibilities:Lead the client relationship management for PERE clientsActively cross selling our suite of services to our client baseUS GAAP & IFRS reporting standard for various fund structuresAssisting in the development of new & existing global client relationships, optimizing service offerings, productivity and profitabilityManagement of the complete audit processAssist in the management of the NAV preparation and review process for our PERE clientsEnsuring adherence to documented procedures and policiesWork on the integration of large fund administration mandatesCollaborating with operational centresWorking on ad hoc internal and global projects (as required)Ensure all deliverables are met on a timely and accurate basisSkills Required:Approximately 5+ years’ experienceAn understanding of complex fund structures and fund accounting to act as subject matter expert to teamA high degree of commercial awareness and client service focusPrior experience working in the industryStrong leadership skills and supervisory experience of other professionalsExcellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work on own initiative consistently producing accurate and timely workGood interpersonal skills to develop working relationships with colleagues, clients, other divisions and professional intermediariesA professional accounting qualification a plusDemonstrated ability to automate processesKnowledge of investor KYC and AML requirementsWe pride ourselves in our commitment to fostering a connected and inclusive culture, all our opportunities at Apex have five (5) days in office requirement.Disclaimer: Unsolicited CVs sent to Apex (Talent Acquisition Team or Hiring Managers) by recruitment agencies will not be accepted for this position.
