Reporting directly to the Vice President, Creative & Strategy, this role is a unique opportunity to drive strategic storytelling, hands-on creation, and powerful brand experiences — all while collaborating with a national creative team across Toronto and Montreal.

Own the full creative process — from strategic ideation to staging and storytelling to visual execution.
Contribute actively to art direction and producing visuals when needed — being as comfortable with layout and execution as you are with big-picture thinking.
Lead and energize creative ideation sessions with internal teams, fostering a spirit of bold collaboration.
Translate strategy and briefs into high-impact creative campaigns across live experiences, digital, social, content, and more.
Manage your time and priorities with grace and agility in a fast-moving environment.
Collaborate closely with our Strategy, Accounts, and Production teams to bring integrated campaigns to market.
Stay at the forefront of creative and experiential trends, always pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

A proven track record of strategic creative leadership — with a portfolio showcasing concepting, storytelling, art direction, and design across integrated campaigns.
Strong background in experiential marketing and integrated brand campaigns.
Hands-on experience in art direction and visual production, ready to step in when needed to help bring ideas to life.
Deep understanding of strategic outcomes and how to align creative ideas with client objectives (KOIs and KPIs).
A passion for collaboration, innovation, and working as part of a national creative team that shares ideas across cities.
