Job Description:
- Resolve incidents.
- Install hardware components as well as audio, video, and videoconferencing software.
- Perform tasks according to current procedures for service requests and incidents.
- Support all audiovisual equipment (Audio, Video, and Multimedia) and videoconferencing systems.
- Carry out relocations and setups on-site and/or across the province (1 to 5 days per week depending on location and team).
- Redirect incidents, service requests, and other requests that cannot be handled to the appropriate teams based on the nature and complexity of the request.
- Participate in technical support and layout projects.
- Travel to various regions of Québec as needed.
Must-Haves:
- Specialization in electrotechnics, audiovisual engineering, electronic technology with audiovisual option, programmable electronics and robotics – ordered systems technology, computer technology, or another relevant specialization.
- Two (2) years of experience in support and deployment (installation) of audiovisual and videoconferencing environments using one or more of the following products: Creston, AMX, Extron, Symétrix, Bi-Amp, QSC, Q-SYS, Peavey NION, Cisco Codecs, MS Teams Rooms, Clock Audio, SVSI, AVer, Minrray, PTZ cameras, audio/video encoders/decoders, modulators, infrared radiators.
- One (1) year of experience in customer service.
- Valid driver’s license.
