We sell courses to Accountants, Lawyers, HR professionals, Professional Engineers and others who require continuing education each year to maintain their license. We put people at the center of everything we do, both our customers and our employees.</p><p><br></p><p>We’re looking for an experienced <b>B2B Event Manager</b> to help us plan and execute virtual events that drive thought leadership, community engagement, and lead generation. You’ll work cross-functionally with our partnerships, marketing, and instructor recruitment teams to create impactful event experiences for professionals, institutions, and industry organizations.</p><p>This is a growth-oriented role with plenty of autonomy and creative input. You’ll have the opportunity to lead national webinar series, panel discussions, workshops, and virtual conference appearances, all while helping shape the event strategy of a global education marketplace.</p><p><br></p><p><b>What You’ll Be Doing:</b></p><ul><li>Plan and execute CPD/CLE-focused webinars, roundtables, workshops, and speaking engagements</li><li>Coordinate logistics and vendor relationships for digital events</li><li>Develop run-of-show documents, event briefs, and production timelines</li><li>Lead guest and speaker outreach in collaboration with our course creator network</li><li>Support virtual event production (Zoom or other platforms)</li><li>Track and report on attendee engagement, lead generation, and event success metrics</li><li>Manage event promotion in collaboration with the content and marketing team</li><li>Maintain organized records, track budgets, and oversee post-event follow-ups and surveys</li><li>Work with internal stakeholders to align events with key business and marketing objectives</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Expected Experience:</b></p><ul><li>3–5 years of experience in B2B event planning or marketing events</li><li>Experience managing digital events for professional audiences</li><li>Proactive, highly organized, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously</li><li>Strong communicator with experience working with external partners, sponsors, or speakers</li><li>Comfortable using event tools like Zoom, Eventbrite, HubSpot, Notion, or similar</li><li>Passionate about professional development and creating meaningful audience experiences</li><li>Bonus: Experience working in regulated industries (law, accounting, engineering, etc.)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><b>Why Join LearnFormula</b></p><ul><li>Help shape the future of online professional education</li><li>Work alongside a passionate, creative, and mission-driven team</li><li>Opportunity for growth and leadership in a high-impact role</li><li>Be part of a company that values innovation, independence, and integrity</li></ul><p><br></p>
