We are passionate about providing a supportive environment for our team, delivering excellence to our guests while achieving the highest sustainability practices, and creating a lasting legacy for our families and communities.<br>As a Bartender you will:<br>Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting Forbes, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond Standards is delivered at all times.<br>Prepare a wide range of cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and other beverages and adhere to guest special requests.<br>Be responsible for the service of guests seated at the bar and preparation of beverages for In-Room Dining orders.<br>Have knowledge of Silverware Point of Sale system.<br>Have thorough knowledge of cocktails and ability to develop new recipes around a creative cocktail program.<br>Maintain organization and cleanliness of the Bar.<br>Be responsible for inventory control & ordering.<br>Assist with Wine Cellar organization.<br>Work in a team environment and assist in The Pointe Restaurant as required.<br>Balance end of day financial transactions.
