  • Escalate any issues that are unable to be resolved on the initial interaction and ensure follow up
  • Ensure all verification documents, reports, etc are obtained and in the file; follow up where needed
  • Preparing and issuing letters for various functions of the role
  • Creating copies, filing and keeping documents organized at all times
  • Assisting with the adjudication process; coordination and administration-wise
  • Various data inputting and processing of information; changes, documentation/notes etc
  • Additional related tasks as required.

The requirements for the successful candidate applying for this Benefits Representative job opening in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to;

  • At least 2 years of experience in group insurance or employee benefits related experience combined with additional call center experience
  • Excellent, patient and confident communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Resourceful and strong interpersonal skills

  • High level of accuracy, detail and follow through
