Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Bilingual Medical Customer Experience Associate. The Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients regarding all aspects of their hormone treatments. This includes communicating with patients in regards to inquiries and concerns, problem solving and the ability to multitask. This role also involves ensuring patient satisfaction and patient centred care. Qualifications Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills Experience in customer support and customer experience preferred Excellent communication skills, in English and French both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate information effectively Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities Must be able to commute to the office in Mississauga
