Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and customer-focused Billing & Customer Service Representative to join our client’s finance team in Regina, SK. This role is responsible for managing billing processes, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate payment processing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in a business office environment, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

  • Pay Rate: $25-$27/hr. (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer, internal partner, and broker inquiries via phone and email regarding payment plans and receivables.
  • Resolve payment issues and negotiate payment terms and billing restrictions with brokers.
  • Maintain accurate customer account files and notes within the billing system.
  • Safeguard sensitive customer information in compliance with Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.
  • Process payment information for new applications, renewals, and revisions for integration into the billing system.
  • Enter credit card information into the Moneris system and take action on invalid or declined cards.
  • Create payment notifications and produce receipts or confirmations as required.
  • Balance and deposit receivables accurately.
  • Assist with audit reviews and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in a relevant field such as Business.
  • 1-2 years of experience in billing, finance, or a business office environment (customer service experience considered).
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; phone interaction experience is an asset.
  • Experience with invoicing and credit card payment processing preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to code documents.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Proven attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to ramp up quickly and work independently.
  • Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
