Now Hiring: Business Analyst – Hybrid

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a Business PMO and work closely with IT teams on upcoming initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment.

Position Title: Business Analyst

Start Date: ASAP

Model: Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite

Role Overview

In this role, you will support both the Business PMO and IT by contributing to project coordination, requirements gathering, documentation, and process support. You will work across cross-functional teams, help track deliverables, and ensure clarity and structure throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of Business Analyst or PCO experience
  • Post-graduate education in Business Administration or Computer Science
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, take accountability, and operate professionally
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work transparently and collaboratively
  • Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to build strong working relationships
  • Additional Details
