Business Integrity Associate

We are currently hiring for a full–time Business Integrity Associate to become part of our Branch Audit team in Burlington, Ontario.

In this role, the successful candidate will report to the director of business conduct audit. The many facets of Business Integrity including, securities compliance and regulation, data and infrastructure integrity. It is also a great opportunity for those who have been in the wealth management industry on the client facing side to expand their industry experience and round out their career. We are looking for someone who works calmly in a fast-paced environment and ensures work is completed in a timely and holistic fashion.

What You Will Do:

• Taking a team approach, support our Branch Auditors with day-to-day tasks and any specific
• requests for assistance- relating to Systems, Compliance, Trading, and more
• Maintain accurate records for quality & audit data
• Prepare information reports for the Audit Team
• Collaborate with other departments as required for multi-faceted issues
• Work on project-specific tasks relating to advisor branches
• Assist and support management on ad-hoc and priority items

What you Will Bring:

• A minimum of 1 year experience providing client service in the investment, banking or related industries – Focus on very strong client service skills
• Industry-related academic experience (ex. CSC, CPH) or an evidenced commitment towards further education
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Team Player with friendly personality and strong communication skills
• Proven ability to manage high volumes with a positive and professional attitude
• Ability/Flexibility to work independently in hybrid home/office environment
• Strong problem-solving aptitude – Ability to execute both first and second level thinking when
• assessing an issue
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $42,500 to $71,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program.
