💼 Experience: 5+ years

🏢 Industry: Financial Services / Capital Markets

What You’ll Do: ✅ Gather and document requirements for FX trading platforms

✅ Partner with traders, operations, and risk teams on system enhancements

✅ Design solutions for trading, settlement, and risk management systems

✅ Ensure regulatory compliance (MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, EMIR)

✅ Bridge the gap between business and technology teams

What We’re Looking For: 🎯 5+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in financial services

🎯 3+ years hands-on experience in FX/Capital Markets

🎯 Strong knowledge of FX products (Spot, Forward, Swaps, Options)

🎯 Understanding of trade lifecycle and post-trade operations

🎯 Experience with trading platforms (Bloomberg, Reuters, FXall)

🎯 Proficiency in SQL, JIRA, and documentation (BRD/FRD)

Nice to Have: 💡 Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Computer Science

💡 Agile/Scrum methodology experience

💡 FIX protocol knowledge

💡 CFA/FRM certification
