<p>CAD / Revit Specialist</p><p><br></p><p>Our client is looking for an Intermediate to Senior CAD / Revit Specialist to join our freelance network. This project-based role supports both pre-sales concepts and post-sales execution for physical installations.</p><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Do:</p><ul><li>Create precise 2D/3D technical drawings and models</li><li>Integrate designs into Revit/BIM for compatibility with building systems (HVAC, electrical, structural)</li><li>Produce detailed fabrication and installation documentation</li><li>Conduct clash detection to resolve conflicts with existing structures</li><li>Collaborate with engineers and visualization teams to ensure designs are buildable and accurate</li></ul><p><br></p><p>What We’re Looking For:</p><ul><li>Proven experience in AutoCAD and Revit</li><li>Strong understanding of fabrication, installation, and construction workflows</li><li>Detail-oriented and reliable in remote, project-based settings</li><li>Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Engagement Type: Freelance / Project-Based</p><p>Location: Remote</p><p>Freelance / Contract Considerations</p><p>For contract or freelance engagements, these salary equivalents convert to approximate hourly rates:</p><p><br></p><p> • Intermediate: ~$35 – $50/hr</p><p> • Senior: ~$50 – $75+/hr</p>
