We are looking for an experienced Casino Coordinator to assist in maintaining a high standard and contributing towards the company’s KPIs. Apart from daily analytics on Casino products and profitability, a focus on game releases and customer management will round up the duties. The role is fully remote; however, the selected candidate will be required to work in Eastern Standard Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the launch of the games on time and providing a follow-up (identifying any technical issues, keeping track of games performances and promotions)
  • Communicating with internal departments (design and marketing team, customer service department) and external providers.
  • Manage and release new casino games on the company websites
  • Upload game thumbnails and all assets related to the casino and bingo product
  • Test games and ensure they work correctly, report any game-related issues
  • Coordinating internal and external Gaming-Tech related tasks/issues
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to execute CRM campaigns
  • Provide 2nd line support for game-related issues
  • Make sure that games are compliant with the licenses we operate under
  • Assist in game testing on Staging and Production Environments
  • Be responsible for keeping internal documentation up to date
  • Assist the Casino Manager with ongoing projects and daily Ad-Hoc tasks

Requirements

  • Experience working in the Gaming Industry and a good understanding of online casino
  • A team player
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Genuine interest in iGaming and casino products
  • Positive mindset and a can-do attitude, as well as a willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and multi-task
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility, self-accountability, ‘’can-do’’ attitude and enjoy working in a dynamic and evolving environment

Nice to have

  • Experience within the iGaming industry
  • French language will be a plus
  • Flexible to work on weekends
