About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Change Manager to lead change management activities for the implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud within the healthcare and home health sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with the Organizational Change Manager at Spectrum, driving user adoption, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of the new system.

Job Overview:

The Salesforce Change Manager will play a critical role in creating and executing a comprehensive change management strategy to support the rollout of Salesforce Health Cloud. This position requires expertise in stakeholder management, training, and user adoption, as well as a strong understanding of healthcare workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Organizational Change Manager to support implementation efforts and ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
  • Develop and execute a Change Management (CM) plan using the ADKAR model, including communication, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management strategies.
  • Design and implement a training plan for nurses, Personal Support Workers (PSWs), and care coordinators, focusing on system adoption and process alignment.
  • Drive end-user adoption through targeted change management initiatives tailored to healthcare professionals.
  • Guide frontline staff through the transition from legacy systems to Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Provide continuous support, feedback, and coaching to stakeholders at all levels to enhance user experience and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor adoption progress and adjust strategies to address challenges as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience, including:

At least 2 years working with Salesforce Health Cloud.

Proven experience in change management, user training, and system adoption.

  • Prosci Certified Change Manager with expertise in the ADKAR model.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to connect and influence at all organizational levels.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare and home health operations, including nursing workflows, care coordination, and PSW responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare data privacy best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the Canadian healthcare sector and understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.
