As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who believes in building strong teams, improving how things work, and helping people succeed together.
About the Role
The COO is a senior leadership role for someone who enjoys both structure and people. This person does not need to have done everything before, but must bring solid experience, curiosity, and a genuine passion for growth.
You will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen operations, support expansion, and create clarity across the organization. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves while also thinking about the bigger picture.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Leading the Business Day-to-Day
• Support the smooth running of daily operations across the company
• Help teams stay aligned, focused, and supported
• Improve consistency in execution, service, and guest experience
• Bring calm, structure, and clarity during busy or changing periods
Building People and Leaders
• Coach and mentor managers and emerging leaders
• Create an environment where people feel accountable and supported
• Help define clear roles, expectations, and development paths
• Strengthen leadership culture across locations
Improving Systems and Processes
• Identify gaps and opportunities in how the business operates
• Help implement simple, effective systems that scale
• Encourage continuous improvement without overcomplication
• Balance structure with flexibility as the company grows
Supporting Growth and Expansion
• Work with leadership on new location openings and franchising
• Help ensure growth happens in a healthy, sustainable way
• Protect brand values and standards as the business scales
• Support cross-functional collaboration during expansion
Partnering with the Leadership Team
• Work closely with Finance, Operations, Training, Marketing, and People teams
• Contribute to planning, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Communicate clearly and respectfully across the organization
• Be a trusted partner to founders and senior leaders
