A rapidly growing clean infrastructure company is seeking a Civil & Structural Engineer to support the design and execution of large-scale, multi-building industrial facilities across Canada. This is a foundational hire on a multidisciplinary team and a unique opportunity to shape infrastructure that supports next-generation clean technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of structural and civil components for industrial campuses, including layouts, foundations, and material specifications.
- Conduct geotechnical assessments and structural analysis; coordinate with third-party specialists as needed.
- Develop engineering documentation and issue stamped drawings compliant with Canadian regulations (P.Eng required).
- Collaborate with internal project teams and external vendors to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
- Support the integration of modular system components into site-wide infrastructure.
- Manage aggressive timelines and shifting project scopes with minimal supervision.
- Contribute to long-term infrastructure strategy, supporting the growth of internal engineering capabilities.
Ideal Background
- Licensed P.Eng in any Canadian province.
- 5+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering with exposure to large-scale industrial or commercial facilities.
- Strong foundation in mechanical principles; able to traverse across disciplines.
- Direct experience in site planning, foundation design, and geotechnical coordination for multi-building campuses.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a startup or fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to guide external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Passion for clean technology, industrial design, and building for long-term environmental impact.
