We’re looking for a motivated Client Experience Representative to support our team and help ensure our clients receive timely and professional attention.

Position Overview:

As a Client Experience Representative, you will be a key part of our team, managing day-to-day client communication and administrative support. You’ll help maintain organized workflows, assist with scheduling, and ensure smooth coordination for client reviews and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lead advisor’s inbox, responding to basic client inquiries and directing more complex requests to the admin team

  • Schedule and coordinate regular client review meetings

  • Assist with logistics for events, including arranging catering and preparing materials

  • Send follow-up emails and thank-you messages to event attendees

  • Maintain and update client tracking systems, ensuring accurate records of interactions and next steps

  • Supporting in client meetings with note taking

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Highly Proficient with email, calendar tools, and basic CRM or tracking software

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Previous experience in financial services or client support is an asset, but not required

  • Strong written communication skills in English required

  • University Degree or College Diploma is an asset

Compensation

  • Starting salary range = $42,500 to $47,500

  • Quarterly bonus opportunities
