This role oversees onboarding, manages communications, coordinates deliverables, and ensures a seamless customer experience from initial contact through project completion. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates with confidence and clarity, and can balance operational execution with creative input.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding calls and guide new clients through setup processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, support, and follow-ups
- Collect and organize client materials for project execution
- Assist with curating menus, websites, and related deliverables
- Coordinate approvals and ensure timelines are met
- Manage client inboxes, requests, and issue resolution professionally
- Delegate internal tasks and track progress across teams
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute copywriting when needed
- Represent the company confidently on camera for client or brand-facing content
Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify or comparable platforms preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-service mindset with professionalism and empathy
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and grow within the role
- Comfortable on camera with polished presentation skills
- Background in marketing, client relations, or operations is an asset
