We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Client Success Analyst to join our growing team in Toronto. The Client Success Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving growth for our business. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, resolving any issues that arise, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate product capabilities, continuous engagement with Sales and Product teams to enhance the firm’s sales pitch.
- Understanding and ability to communicate different use-cases for the product within different segments of the private markets industry, including the identification of new market expansion opportunities.
- Develop engagement plan for clients, managing the transition from pre-sales stage into long-term adoption of the product.
- Ability to provide a detailed overview of client universe, including proactive management of potential client churn risk.
- Identification of new market expansion opportunities and understanding of commercial elements that generate upsell for existing products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, resolving any issues that arise in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure clients are fully trained and educated on Accelex products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to drive growth and retain existing clients.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in client facing roles, preferably in the financial technology or private markets industry
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- A passion for delivering outstanding client service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Capability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience using CRM software is a plus.
