CMDB Technical Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery Specialist to design, implement, and maintain a robust Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Discovery processes within the ServiceNow platform. This role is critical to ensuring accurate configuration data, supporting IT service management (ITSM), IT operations, and business decision-making.

Location: Toronto, ON

Onsite Requirement: Hybrid

Contract Duration: 6 months renwable

Contract Rate: $40-50/hr Incorporated

Must Have Skills/Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on CMDB experience within an ITSM platform (preferably ServiceNow CMDB)
• Proven experience designing CI class models, attributes, and relationships
• Hands-on experience with automated discovery tool – ServiceNow Discovery
• Experience building and maintaining application and business service maps
• Experience defining and tracking CMDB health metrics for completeness, accuracy and compliance
• Solid understanding of On-prem infrastructure (servers, storage, network devices) and
• Cloud and hybrid environments
