About the Role:

As a Community Podiatrist, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating a wide range of foot, ankle, and lower limb conditions for diverse patient groups. You’ll work collaboratively in a supportive environment, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across clinics, community settings, and home visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat injuries and conditions of the foot, ankle, and lower leg, including those related to chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, arthritis).
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including prescribing orthotics, medications, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Perform minor surgical procedures as required.
  • Educate patients on foot health, preventative care, and rehabilitation techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Podiatry or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine.
  • Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the Australian Podiatry Board.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in podiatry, with strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Willingness to relocate to Australia; support with migration and registration provided.
  • Driver’s license and has at least 1 year of driving experience
