Key duties and responsibilities:❖ Initiate new projects❖ Assign hours worked to the correct projects❖ Enter product cost prices into our activity/project accounting software❖ Invoice projects according to work progress❖ Compare project-related materials with purchase orders❖ Respond to all financial analyses related to projects❖ Perform all other tasks and duties inherent to the position❖ Customer billing, customer file tracking❖ Accounting cycle❖ Inventory management❖ Payroll verification❖ All other related tasks
