Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Scheduler in Toronto, ON. The Construction Scheduler will be responsible for creating and maintaining construction schedules, performing variation and impact analysis, and utilizing forensic scheduling techniques. Daily tasks include interacting with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure timely project completion, managing data, and generating comprehensive schedule reports.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Scheduling, CPM Scheduling, and Project Management
- Experience in Variation Analysis, Forensic Scheduling, and Impact Analysis
- Strong skills in Data Management and Report Generation
- Knowledge of BIM for 3D, 4D, and 5D modeling
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Toronto, ON
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Experience with construction scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is a plus
