<p><b>A sales enablement content manager creates and manages sales collateral like pitch decks, battle cards, and playbooks to support the sales team and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include content creation and auditing, managing a centralized content library, collaborating with subject matter experts, optimizing content for the buyers journey, analyzing performance, and ensuring the sales team has the necessary resources to effectively engage prospects and achieve sales goals. </b></p><p> </p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITES:</b> </p><ul><li><b>Content Creation and Curation – </b>Develops and maintains a diverse range of sales enablement content, such as pitch decks, battle cards, email templates, playbooks, case studies, and white papers in partnership with Product Marketing </li><li><b>Content Management – </b>Manages a centralized sales content library, ensuring all materials are up-to-date, organized, and easily accessible to the sales team. </li><li><b>Collaboration – </b>Works closely with marketing, product, and subject matter experts to create relevant, accurate, and high-quality content aligned with company strategy. </li><li><b>Performance Analysis -</b>Tracks and analyzes content performance metrics and gathers feedback to continuously improve content effectiveness and alignment with sales goals. </li><li><b>Content Optimization – </b>Optimizes content for different stages of the buyers journey, various buyer personas, and specific sales scenarios. </li><li><b>Industry & Competitor Analysis – </b>Stays informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor messaging to inform content strategy and ensure competitive messaging. </li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p><b> SKILLS:</b></p><ul><li><b>Content Writing & Design – </b>Strong ability to create engaging and persuasive content tailored for sales engagement. </li><li><b>Content Strategy – </b>Ability to understand the broader business and sales strategy to create content that directly supports objectives. </li><li><b>Technical Proficiency – </b>Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, content management systems (CMS), and CRM tools. </li><li><b>Analytical Skills – </b>Ability to interpret data to measure content performance and make data-driven improvements. </li><li><b>Collaboration & Communication – </b>Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with various internal departments. </li><li><b>Organization – </b>Strong organizational skills to manage content libraries and complex content initiatives.</li></ul>
