Our Client: Financial Services, Real Estate and Asset Management Firm

Role Title: Coordinator, Compliance & Governance

The successful candidate will coordinate governance processes, ensure compliance reporting (especially to OSFI), and manage board meeting preparation and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Board meeting logistics (4x/year), ensuring reports are tabled and properly formatted
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders including third-party vendors
  • Ensure all materials and reports are completed and submitted per regulatory cycles
  • Manage governance documentation and uploads to the Board
  • Support compliance and OSFI reporting
  • Work closely with executive leadership on governance matters

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of business facing, administrative experience
  • Strong OSFI reporting experience is essential
  • Experience working with boards and governance committees
  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to understand and interpret organizational and regulatory needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Diligent with follow-through and document handling
  • Familiarity with high-volume environments (virtual or in-person)
