Our Client: Financial Services, Real Estate and Asset Management Firm
Role Title: Coordinator, Compliance & Governance
The successful candidate will coordinate governance processes, ensure compliance reporting (especially to OSFI), and manage board meeting preparation and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Board meeting logistics (4x/year), ensuring reports are tabled and properly formatted
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders including third-party vendors
- Ensure all materials and reports are completed and submitted per regulatory cycles
- Manage governance documentation and uploads to the Board
- Support compliance and OSFI reporting
- Work closely with executive leadership on governance matters
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of business facing, administrative experience
- Strong OSFI reporting experience is essential
- Experience working with boards and governance committees
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
- Ability to understand and interpret organizational and regulatory needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Diligent with follow-through and document handling
- Familiarity with high-volume environments (virtual or in-person)
