Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal with excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role will focus on updating and maintaining corporate minute books and managing the corporate database. Draft corporate documents, including resolutions and changes to directors and officers Prepare and file documentation with the Alberta Corporate Registry and other jurisdictions as required Accurately enter and maintain entity records in the corporate database and document management systems Perform general administrative duties as needed CORES Level 1 certification is an asset, but not mandatory Legal Assistant Certificate or Diploma, or 1–2 years of experience in a legal or administrative environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications operating as Aplin, and its associated brands, CompuStaff and Impact Recruitment, is an award-winning employment agency connecting diverse, top-tier talent with exceptional organizations across North America.
