Travel Operations Manager – Corporate Division

Our client is actively seeking a Travel Operations Manager to lead their Corporate Travel Division and play a pivotal role in scaling operational excellence across a growing multi-brand environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for a performance-driven professional with strong corporate travel expertise and exceptional people management skills.

This position offers the opportunity to directly influence service delivery, team performance, and operational strategy at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of approximately 10+ corporate travel professionals
  • Oversee training, workforce scheduling, and daily performance management
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for service issues
  • Conduct agent performance reviews and implement development plans
  • Continuously analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and drive process improvements
  • Provide hands-on reservation support as required
  • Actively participate in brand business reviews, providing insight into performance, risk, and growth opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Fully bilingual (English & French) – MUST HAVE
  • Proven leadership experience in corporate travel operations
  • Advanced Sabre knowledge
  • Strong leadership presence with a process-driven, performance-focused mindset
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
  • Highly organized, decisive, and execution-oriented
