Our client is a reputable firm in North York.
They are seeking a lawyer with 6-10 years of experience in corporate/commercial law.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take over the practice of a retiring lawyer.
The successful candidate must have the ability to independently structure, negotiate, document and close the full range of corporate, commercial and M&A transactions, including share and asset acquisitions, private equity deals and corporate reorganizations.
The compensation for this role is $200k-$270k + bonus.
