Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented Service Requisition Analyst to provide cost control support and manage financial/transactional activities across project phases. This role requires strong expertise in purchase orders, change orders, and invoice coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project teams with advanced cost control activities.
  • Create and manage purchase requisitions and change orders using Oracle Financials.
  • Gather and verify data from multiple sources to ensure accurate requisition details.
  • Track and report on PO and change order status using tools such as Oracle Financials, Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel.
  • Coordinate PO revisions, change orders, and funding adjustments with project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Accounts Payable on goods receipt and invoice validation.

Qualifications

  • Degree, diploma, or equivalent training.
  • 3+ years of related experience in cost control, finance, or project administration.
  • Strong skills in MS Office, Oracle, and project control processes.
  • Effective communication and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
