CPM Solution Architect

Location: Remote (Ideally Toronto, Canada – but open across Canada)

We’re hiring a CPM Solution Architect to join a fast-growing technology team that’s redefining excellence in Corporate Performance Management solutions. In This Role, You Will:

  • Build highly collaborative relationships with business stakeholders.
  • Lead workshops, design prototypes, create proof-of-concept models, and contribute to solution designs.
  • Develop and implement solution architecture for Corporate Performance Management (CPM) platforms.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
  • Work on application integration and ensure alignment with business processes.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and implementing improvements in workflows and planning processes.
  • Guide and mentor team members while working on impactful projects.

About You

You’ll be an experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in the CPM space. If you’re confident in your knowledge of CPM and meet most of the below, we’d love to hear from you—even if it’s not a perfect match.

  • 3–5 years of experience in solution architecture, implementation, and application integration within CPM platforms such as Anaplan, TM1, Pigment, CCH Tagetik, or Oracle Hyperion/EPM.
  • Strong technical expertise in data visualization, user experience, and planning workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops and design collaborative solutions that meet business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for solving business challenges.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Salary

For the successful Solution Architect with CPM experience, you can expect a salary in the range of:

CAD $110k – 120k Basic + a strong package
