Job Title: Loyalty Marketing Specialist
Description:
This team works with outside vendors and focuses on pushing offers to customers using the company apps. Key initiatives include working on targeted offers and maintaining the existing execution calendar.
Position Overview:
This is a 6-month contract role where you will set up and execute targeted loyalty offers on behalf of vendors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of offers while meeting vendor objectives.
What you’ll do:
Drive end-to-end offer setup by collaborating with requestors and Loyalty Operations
Maintain offer execution calendar and submission tracker
Perform integrity checks to ensure offer clarity and product availability
Leverage various data sources to optimize targeted offer parameters
Craft basic SQL queries and generate reporting on offer performance
Support issue investigations and administrative activities
Ensure quality execution to maintain customer experience standards
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements:
~3+ years of marketing/campaign / loyalty experience
~ Retail experience
~ Strong email and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and knowledge of data analysis
~ Experience in loyalty, grocery, or health and beauty industries is a plus
~ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
~ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
