Prerequisite: You have at least three years experience in influencer marketing and/or advertising (on the brand, media agency or influencer side).

LARKE Talent Co. is an influencer management company working with primarily mom/lifestyle creators. We represent some of the most ambitious women creators in the world, helping them build big wealth and big businesses.

We’re looking for someone who creators instantly trust and depend on — a superstar who takes pride in supporting them, keeps everything moving, anticipates needs and becomes the person they can’t imagine working without. You are genuinely energized by this work: a deal closing, a campaign kicking off, a creator bringing a new idea to life. And you’re just as strong on the brand side, bringing genuine excitement the moment a cold DM turns into an opportunity, and professionalism in brand deal execution.

This role spans sales support, brand-deal/campaign management, and operations.

What You’ll Own

➤ 60% Sales Support (outbound lead gen + follow-ups + rebookings)

  • Daily outbound support: follow-ups, sequences, CRM hygiene.
  • Rebookings: taking repeat brand deals fully off our sales lead’s plate
  • Tracking warm leads and making sure no thread goes cold
  • Pulling creator analytics, updating media kits, preparing one-sheeters
  • Keeping outreach volume consistent so our pipeline always moves. Think dozens of LinkedIn messages, brand contact email email sourcing, brand DMing

➤ 30% Campaign Operations

  • Daily campaign management & communication with creators (checking in, reminders, shipments) and brands
  • Managing calendars, deadlines, approvals, and deliverables
  • Notifying creators about upcoming posts or schedule updates
  • Ensuring campaigns stay on track without founders needing to chase
  • Coordinating brand timelines, usage dates, reminders

➤ 10% General Ops & “No Job Too Small” Work

  • Sending welcome packages, flowers, gifts, or small touchpoints
  • Improving templates, systems, processes, Google Suite hygiene
  • Spotting operational bottlenecks and proposing + implementing fixes
  • Helping with anything that keeps the company running smoothly

What You Must Be

  • An exceptionally clear, succinct communicator
  • Down with repetitive tasks, particularly on the sales outreach side (you don’t get bored easily)
  • Warm, mature, creator-friendly and brand-friendly
  • Highly organized, calendar-driven, and detail-oriented
  • Down with task/focus switching often throughout the day; you enjoy routine but can pivot quickly when needed, an agile team member
  • Someone who enjoys taking ownership and being proactive
  • Fluent in influencer-industry language
  • Tech-savvy and curious about using (or are already using) AI tools
  • The kind of person who stays one step ahead and anticipates needs of brands and creator
  • Someone who doesn’t rely on rigid titles & job descriptions — tasks are tasks here and we all work together to make magic happen!

  • Outreach happens daily and consistently — you’ve turned brand cold outreach into an art form
  • Creators feel supported, informed & cared for
  • Campaigns run like clockwork and brands love working with us

  • Creator revenue grows — and your year-end bonus reflects that!

  • $75,000 CAD + year-end discretionary bonus
